My lower back has been tight and SUPER irritated lately. I stretched out hardcore when I got home in an attempt to feel better but the only way I feel comfortable is in “child’s pose” - which my doctor suggested.
Also notable: my doctor said the muscle wasting that had previously been prominent in my right leg (due to a knee injury) is completely fine and I’m on track to have regained full strength in the next six months. Huzzah!
